How long does a website take?
A straightforward marketing site takes about two to three weeks once designs are signed off.
Stores, membership systems and custom software take longer. Your written quote carries a real
date, and if something threatens it you hear from us early.
How much does a website cost?
Every project is priced as one fixed figure after a free thirty-minute call, in writing, before
any work starts. We do not bill by the hour. Care plans covering hosting, backups, updates and
small changes start at $149 a month, third-party licences are passed on at the price we pay, and
adding a “Website designed by GladLoop” line to your footer takes $1,000 off the
build.
What does the 30-day onboarding support include?
For a month after launch: same-day answers to any question from your team, free fixes for
anything that breaks, small content changes done for you, and a repeat training session if someone
new takes over. It ends with a short check-in call where you decide whether to run the site
yourselves or move onto a care plan.
WordPress, Webflow or a custom build, which is right for us?
If your team publishes regularly, manages events, or adds products, WordPress earns its place. If
your marketing team wants to edit pages visually and ship landing pages quickly, Webflow fits
well, and the project sits in your own Webflow workspace. If the site is small and mainly needs
to feel exceptional, a custom build is lighter and faster. We will tell you which one we think
fits on the first call, including when the cheaper answer is the better one.
What accessibility standard do you build to?
New builds target WCAG 2.2 AA, which contains everything in WCAG 2.1 AA, the version most laws
and contracts cite. Existing sites can be audited and repaired against the same standard. The
plain-language guide
explains what that means, and the free check gives you a first look at where your site stands.
Is website accessibility a one-time fix or ongoing work?
A one-time audit and repair fixes what is broken today, with a re-test after the fixes. A site
then drifts every time someone edits it, so care plans re-check accessibility as content changes.
If a complaint about your website brought you here, the audit gives you a written list of what to
repair. We are not lawyers, so questions about legal exposure belong with your counsel.
Can you fix an existing website instead of rebuilding it?
Yes. Existing sites can be audited and repaired without a rebuild, and a tired WordPress site can
be moved onto a cleaner theme while keeping its content. On the first call we tell you which route
costs less, including when the honest answer is that your current site only needs small repairs.
Do you work with nonprofits and small organisations?
Yes, most of our work is for small organisations. The concept builds on this page are member
associations with events, careers boards and member logins that volunteers run. Fixed written
quotes suit board approvals, and the $1,000 footer-credit discount exists because smaller budgets
are normal here.
Who writes the content?
Usually you, because you know your work better than we do. We give you a clear structure to fill
and a CMS that makes adding pages simple. If you would rather hand that over too, we quote it
separately so you can see exactly what it costs.
How do you work with clients in other time zones?
Most of the work happens over email and a shared staging link. We hold set overlap hours for live
calls and answer anything in writing within one business day. We serve clients worldwide from
India.
